Hi, I’m Laurie, founder of Prime Ledger Group.
I’ve spent over 15 years in accounting, with the last 10 focused on payroll and 5 years in Human Resources. Over time, I realized most small business owners aren’t struggling because they don’t care, they’re struggling because their systems just aren’t set up to work together.
That’s where I come in.
I help bring everything into one place, your bookkeeping, payroll, and HR, so it’s clear, organized, and actually supports how your business runs day to day.
I’m a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, but more importantly, I care deeply about doing things the right way. You should be able to trust your numbers, your processes, and the systems behind your business decisions.
Throughout my career, I’ve found that what I enjoy most is helping business owners take something that feels overwhelming, messy books, disconnected systems, unclear processes , and turn it into clarity, structure, and peace of mind.
I also help businesses build strong HR foundations, including employee handbooks, policies, onboarding workflows, and performance review processes, giving you the structure you need without having to hire a full-time HR team.
